My upbringing, transitioning from Uruguay to the United States at a young age, deeply shaped my values of perseverance and humility.     We highly recommend new clients begin with a deep clean to ensure optimal results.

  • A Deep Clean service encompasses all the essential aspects of our Signature Clean but delves deeper into those hard-to-reach corners and crevices. It's akin to the thorough cleaning you'd undertake before hosting your mother (or mother-in-law).

    This service is ideally performed 1-2 times annually when you desire your home to be at its peak appearance, with regularly scheduled Standard cleans in between to uphold its sparkle.

  • Our standard checklist guarantees consistency in every clean. If you desire additional projects or services, simply specify during scheduling for seamless customization.

  • The teams carry all the supplies needed to perform the job. We will only utilize your supplies if you specifically request it.

  • While we appreciate your pets and strive to be accommodating, we kindly request that you keep them out of the areas where our team will be working. This is not only for the safety of your pets but also for the safety of our team members. Thank you for your cooperation!

  • Certainly! You may select this option while booking your clean.
    There is a small additional charge of $20 for this service. We believe it's a worthwhile investment in both the well-being of your home and the environment.

  • Yes, please! In order to make our services more efficient, we ask that you pick up clothing, toys, and other household items before our team arrives.

  • The team strives to be punctual, but unforeseen factors like traffic, weather, or extended services at prior locations may cause slight delays. Please allow a 30-minute window for any such potential delays, and thank you for your patience.

  • Please let us know 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel an appointment. A $50 fee applies for cancellations made within this timeframe.

  • Certainly! To reschedule, please text us with the preferred time and date. We'll make every effort to accommodate your new slot. Ensure a minimum 24-hour notice to avoid a $50 late-notice rescheduling fee.

  • Tipping is entirely optional, but very much appreciated by your cleaning team.

  • We firmly stand behind our work. If there happens to be any dissatisfaction with our service, you may contact us via email or call/text us. You must reach out within 12 hours of the time your clean was complete.
    We commit to promptly returning within two business days to thoroughly address and resolve any concerns, at no additional cost to you.
