This clean encompasses a comprehensive range of tasks carried out throughout the ENTIRE RESIDENCE:

  • Surface Cleaning: Sanitizing countertops, tables, and other high-touch surfaces to remove dirt and germs.

  • Light Dusting: Wiping down surfaces to remove dust and cobwebs.

  • Vacuuming: Removing dust, debris, and allergens from carpets and rugs.

  • Sweeping/Mopping: Cleaning hard floors to remove dirt.

  • Bathroom Cleaning: Disinfecting sinks, toilets, showers, and fixtures to remove grime and bacteria.

  • Kitchen Cleaning: Sanitizing countertop and sink, wiping down exterior of appliances and cabinets.

  • Trash Removal: Emptying trash cans and replacing liners.

  • Mirror and Glass Cleaning: Polishing mirrors and glass surfaces to remove streaks and smudges.

  • Microwave Washed and Disinfected Inside and Out

Residential Checklists

Move In and Move Out Cleans encompass the entire Deep Clean checklist, with the following ADDITIONAL SERVICES included to ensure the home is move-out or move-in ready.

These vital services ensure a thoroughly clean and disinfected home. Please note that the home must be vacant. 

Additional Services:

  • Clean and Polish Interior and Exterior of All Appliances (Oven, Refrigerator, Microwave, Dishwasher, Washer, and Dryer)

  • Wipe Down all Cabinet Interiors and Exteriors

  • Wipe Down all Drawer Interiors and Exteriors

  • Complete Removal of Appliances (Oven, Refrigerator, Washer, and Dryer) for thorough cleaning behind* them.

    Note: Unlike many competitors who only clean around appliances, we ensure every corner is meticulously cleaned, leaving no space untouched.

    *Please be aware that this service is available only if there is adequate space and applies solely to unstacked appliances of a manageable weight.
